You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently on the lookout for an experienced Reception Manager to lead our team of 5 based across 2 ground floor receptions in the city.
The Reception Manager at this location will not only manage the client relationship gathering feedback and coming up with ideas that will add value to the contract. This is a hands-on role will give the successful candidate the chance to be involved in the busy operation leading from the front to manage team happiness performance and development.
Ensuring that every visitor receives a consistent market-leading experience is simply an expectation for our team! So it is very important that our new Reception Manager can work alongside the Operations Manager their team of Receptionists and our client to find new ways to innovate and exceed guest expectations.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week usual shifts are between 7am-6pm Mon-Fri. However flexibility is required depending on event start and finish times.
Salary: up to 45000 depending on experience.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate must have a demonstrable and proven experience in leading service delivery as well as a background in people management.
They will be the type of person that will see challenges as opportunities and solutions when presented with problems.
To top it all off the successful Reception Manager will have sharp personal presentation a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for proactively leading change and innovation.
