Job Description & Summary: As a Senior manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Resource Planning: Develop and maintain resource plans to ensure the availability of necessary skills and personnel for SAP projects. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly. Resource Allocation: Assign resources based on their skills availability and project needs. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on resource status and address any issues or concerns. Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of resources and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Risk Management: Identify potential resource-related risks and develop mitigation strategies. Reporting: Generate and present reports on resource utilization project progress and other relevant metrics.
