Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our onsite accounting operations. This critical role will manage a small accounting team and oversee core financial functions including accounts payable accounts receivable invoicing and compliance. The Accounting Manager will also work closely with external CPA firms and internal production teams to ensure accurate timely and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including payables receivables and invoicing
Prepare financial reports and perform analysis (cost roll-ups scrap reporting variance analysis)
Ensure compliance with all city county and federal financial regulations
Serve as liaison to external CPA for monthly quarterly and year-end reporting
Support internal teams with production and operational reporting
Maintain accurate financial records in ERP and accounting systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience including at least 2 years in a management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups Pivot tables)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and compliance capabilities
