Role: Director of Commercial Enablement

Role Overview:
The Director of Commercial Enablement will operationalize World 50 Groups enablement strategy by delivering programs and strategies for the sales team to engage senior executives with relevant messaging and value proposition to ultimately drive conversions for call and new add volume. This role will be responsible for developing prospect-facing messaging building sales collateral and training.
This individual will work closely with sales demand generation/sales ops marketing communications content member services revenue operations and product teams to develop and implement commercial enablement initiatives that enhance our growth and go-to-market strategy and ensure content aligns with World 50 Groups unique value proposition and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Enablement & Sales Support
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial enablement strategy to drive sales effectiveness across our business portfolio.
- Refine outreach cycle strategy to ensure messaging remains relevant to the executive market segment and current challenges.
- Lead sales collateral development ensuring that sales teams have compelling data-driven content to engage and convert prospects.
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing ensuring commercial messaging positioning and GTM strategies are aligned.
- Build and maintain sales playbooks pitch decks battle cards ROI Stories one-pagers and other key enablement assets.
- Train sales teams on commercial best practices messaging and new tools or resources.
- Translate insights into clear actionable messaging for C-level client conversations.
- Track and report enablement KPIs (e.g. attendance content usage commercial outcomes)
- Report on overall effectiveness of strategies and build accessible reporting for MD managers to coach teams in real time
- Oversee commercial enablement platform e.g. Seismic Outreach
Planning & Acquisition Pacing
- Develop and own acquisition pacing plans to ensure commercial teams hit key revenue milestones throughout the year.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement strategies to optimize lead conversion and deal velocity.
- Collaborate with demand generation product marketing and communications to ensure the right mix of campaigns and content support sales success.
- Own pipeline velocity for new adds/leads
- Own prospecting development e.g. Clay
- Own Go-To-Market strategy for new community launches (new focus areas for growth)
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
- Work closely with marketing communications to ensure consistent messaging across all commercial channels.
- Collaborate with sales operations/Demand Gen to refine CRM tool usage reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure feedback loops exist between sales marketing and leadership to optimize commercial enablement efforts continuously.
Key skills/Requirements
- Knowledge of marketing automation CRM systems DataEnrichment and sales technology stack
- Understanding of lead generation qualification and conversion metrics
- Skills in designing and implementing training programs and onboarding processes
- Proficiency with enablement platforms learning management systems and analytics tools
- Data analysis skills to identify performance gaps and measure ROI
- Understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience with content management and sales asset optimization
