Qualifications :
Responsibilities/Duties:
Compensation and Benefits Management:
Lead overall payroll process ensure payments are paid in a timely and accurate manner
Supervise the implementation of C&B programs ensure theyre aligned with the global strategy
Analysis job evaluation and compensation surveys provide all information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets
Coordinate annual and incentive bonus process promote manager and business head communicate smoothly
Coach and mentor team members (In HR service agency) to ensure complex escalated enquiries are solved effectively
Formulate all kinds of C&B reports provide professional suggestions to business
Pay close attention to latest public notice apply for government subsidies reduce labor cost
Process and Data Management:
Set up & implement approved HR policies and procedures ensure the daily procedures comply with compliance
Supervise letters of probation promotion etc. ensure ELC record are completed within regulations and global standard
Optimize HRIS platform make it more efficient and accurate
Talent Management:
Lead job grade system review and ensure it in appropriate way
Build Flexible Benefit Platform
Participate in Talent Retention and Restructuring program
Lead HR tools training and participate in New Hire Orientation
Employment Relationship Management:
Be responsible for employee disciplinary affairs and provide support to the litigation procedures and any potential labor risks
Handbook review and communicate with local staff
Play a key role to respond to employees query enhance communication with employees
Others:
Fully cooperate with the sponsor to complete internal and external audit provide solution on findings
Supervise relevant supplier complete tasks efficiently verify daily payment
Handling expatriate employees work permit related work
Assist manager in special projects and other assignments whenever required
