About Clients and Markets

The Clients and Markets team is dedicated to enabling business growth by developing strategic initiatives that contribute to the Firms go to market strategy and enhance market presence. They specialise in crafting and implementing innovative campaigns that highlight the firms unique value propositions ensuring robust engagement with target audiences. By analysing market trends and client feedback the team positions the firm advantageously within competitive landscapes. They collaborate closely with partners equipping them with the insights and tools necessary to strengthen client relationships and optimise engagement strategies. Ultimately this team acts as a catalyst for growth driving success through exceptional client experiences and strategic market positioning.

About the Role

This role will combine a deep knowledge of marketing and communications with knowledge of the businesses and stakeholders we support to deliver communication strategies that empower our people and Partners and lead to great client outcomes.

Youll help solve complex problems by:

  • Develop Internal Communication Strategies for C&M: Create and implement strategies to activate C&M campaigns across the firm ensuring clear consistent and effective communications in both one firm and LoS channels

  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Facilitate an effective flow of information and engagement with the Corporate Affairs team from both an external and internal comms perspective ensuring the CA team have timely visibility of C&M activations and working with LoS comms leads to activate within each LoS

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content for internal C&M owned channels including Client Central and the LCP sharepoint site and for relevant firmwide channels (e.g. One Firm News Partner calls firmwide / LoS webcasts)

  • Message Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging and branding in all C&M communications

  • LCP Engagement: Develop comms to support with LCP engagement including support for the dedicated LCP sharepoint site

  • C&M communication and event coordination: Support with Head of Clients & Markets with C&M communication and events such as town halls and regular comms to foster a sense of community and enable C&Ms transformation

  • People Engagement: Use feedback and insights from our mojo surveys to deliver impactful communications

  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication efforts using data to make informed improvements

  • Champion PwCs brand by leveraging the visual and verbal expression and future brand positioning strategies

About You

  • You have marketing or communication experience in large complex organizations

  • You have experience on end-to-end communications strategy creation and delivery

  • You are a connector who proactively joins the dots

  • You are a strong collaborator who effectively operates with stakeholders (C suite leadership team level)

  • You thrive on working in an intense deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment autonomously

  • You have expert interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal form

  • You have an agile mindset with the openness and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

  • You have a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
