Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Investment Banking Manager with hands-on experience in cold calling investors conducting portfolio reviews and actively selling shares and other market-linked instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets investment products and a solid educational foundation in finance or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential investors to generate leads and pitch investment opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients.

Perform regular portfolio reviews to align investments with clients financial goals.

Actively engage in equity sales including share selling stock recommendations and transaction execution.

Keep clients informed about market trends stock performance and investment strategies.

Collaborate with research and advisory teams to deliver timely and relevant market insights.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions trades and investment activity.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling equity sales and portfolio management.

In-depth knowledge of stock markets trading platforms and investment instruments.

Strong sales acumen with the ability to pitch and close investment deals.

Excellent communication persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Commerce Economics or a related field.

Relevant certifications such as NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) NISM Series VII (Securities Operations & Risk Management) or CFA / MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
