Job Description

Brooks Laboratory Automation Systems (LAS) our clinical diagnostic division specialise in the design and manufacture of compact innovative benchtop automation for optimising pre- and post-analytical workflows in pathology and analytical laboratories. The Inside Sales & Channel Partner Coordinator will support revenue growth through proactive lead engagement inside sales execution and channel partner coordination. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is ambitious eager to learn and ready to grow within a dynamic commercial team. You will manage inbound and outbound sales activities assist with partner communications and provide operational support to the broader sales organization.

What youll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries generate quotes and qualify leads for the field sales team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Salesforce).

  • Coordinate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies.

  • Support sales operations by managing the sales funnel and reporting on conversion metrics.

  • Assist in onboarding and supporting channel partners (distributors).

  • Coordinate co-marketing activities including events collateral and campaigns.

  • Act as a backup to the Customer Care team and support Oracle ERP-related tasks as needed.

What youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Life Sciences or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales customer service or sales operations.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage especially for supporting LATAM partners and customers.
