You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Human Resources (HR) Administrator plays a key role in delivering operational HR support across the business. As the first point of contact for the HR team this role is responsible for managing incoming HR requests in a timely and efficient manner including calls emails and enquires from internal and external stakeholders while also identifying opportunities to improve processes policies and day-to-day procedures.
About you!
To be successful in this role you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be comfortable managing a high volume of requests while maintaining a high standard of service. A solutions-focused mindset strong work ethic ability to work independently and the confidence to exercise initiative are essential to thrive in this position.
Experience in a Human Resource or other similar Administration role and a HR Certificate or equivalent qualification will be highly regarded.
