Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our Orlando team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about mentoring talent creating strategic growth paths and fostering leadership excellence across departments. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement programs that elevate team performance and promote long-term success.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing leadership development programs
Support talent management initiatives and succession planning
Coordinate leadership training workshops assessments and coaching sessions
Monitor leadership metrics and evaluate program effectiveness
Collaborate with department heads to identify leadership gaps and solutions
Facilitate onboarding and mentoring for new and emerging leaders
Stay informed on leadership trends and best practices
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
2 years of experience in leadership development training or talent management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze data and apply insights to development programs
Strategic mindset with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
