We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about guiding emerging leaders improving communication frameworks and supporting internal leadership training initiatives. You will play a key role in delivering developmental programs and creating impactful learning experiences across the organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and facilitating leadership training programs
Support performance coaching mentorship initiatives and talent development activities
Analyze leadership trends and recommend improvements to training strategy
Collaborate with senior leaders to implement company-wide development plans
Track and report on program effectiveness and participant progress
Coordinate logistics for workshops leadership retreats and speaker sessions
Research and integrate best practices in leadership and communication
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Communications or related field
13 years of experience in talent development leadership coaching or organizational training
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Demonstrated passion for leadership growth and people development
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience in learning platforms or instructional design is a plus
