Responsibilities
Engage in company-led leadership training and development workshops
Assist team leads in project planning coordination and execution
Support recruitment onboarding and staff development efforts

Shadow senior leadership and participate in cross-functional projects
Communicate progress and goals clearly to internal teams
Collaborate with departments to enhance organizational efficiency
Qualifications :
