Job Description:
We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support the planning and execution of leadership training programs team-building initiatives and performance enhancement strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others grow building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and implementing leadership training and development programs
Support workshops seminars and coaching sessions for emerging leaders
Conduct needs assessments to identify development opportunities
Collaborate with department heads to align development efforts with company goals
Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements
Maintain accurate records and reports on progress and participation
Stay updated with the latest trends in leadership and talent development
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Psychology or related field
13 years of experience in talent development training or HR support
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Passion for leadership development and coaching
