Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to support and enhance our leadership training initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about guiding others driving personal and professional growth and contributing to a purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing coordinating and delivering leadership development programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess leadership needs and develop strategic initiatives.
Facilitate workshops training sessions and one-on-one coaching meetings.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Research leadership trends and integrate best practices into current development strategies.
Track participant progress and provide feedback and support as needed.
Support internal talent development and succession planning processes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
13 years of experience in leadership training professional development or HR.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about learning development and empowering others.
