We are seeking a driven and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Madison WI. In this role you will support the design and implementation of leadership programs aimed at developing talent driving performance and shaping future leaders. Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering leadership training programs and workshops
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify leadership needs and opportunities
Conduct research and benchmark leadership best practices
Evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable insights
Facilitate one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions as needed
Support succession planning and talent review initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation of development activities and outcomes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology or related field
13 years of experience in leadership development talent management or a similar field
Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills
Analytical mindset and ability to assess program impact
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
