We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Houston TX. In this role you will identify new business opportunities build strong client relationships and support the development of strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and consulting teams to expand our client base and strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and outbound outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals
Track and report sales metrics and pipeline progress to leadership
Assist in preparing proposals presentations and sales materials
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
