- Maintain and update operational data such as sales figures and project status reportshelping with basic analysis and creating simple dashboards or presentations
- Support collaboration across Sales Product and Project teams by coordinating information and ensuring smooth workflows
- Assist with project organization including managing shared folders checklists and tracking deliverables and timelines
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying small inefficiencies and helping to implement and test new ideas
- Prepare documentation such as templates guidelines or notes to support the teams daily work
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and best practices
Your profile Your strengths
- You are currently enrolled in a university program (business IT or a related field is a plus)
- You are comfortable working in an English-speaking team
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other standard Office applications
- Organized and detail-oriented in your approach to tasks
- You are eager to learn ask questions and take initiative when needed
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
