Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations architecture.
- Lead successful ERP implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
- Develop seamless integration strategies to connect Dynamics 365 with existing systems.
- Customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet diverse client needs.
- Manage data migration processes with attention to detail and ensure data integrity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide insightful guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 usage.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues post-implementation.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party applications for enhanced functionality.
- Monitor system performance and proactively propose improvements as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Actively participate in project planning and resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of Dynamics 365 enhancements and industry trends ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hold a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Dynamics 365 architecture.
- Demonstrate proven experience in ERP implementations and project management.
- Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
- Be experienced with data migration and integration tools.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Be proficient in creating technical documentation and training materials.
- Have knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferably have experience with Agile methodology.
- Show ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Display willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
