Sales Strategy and amp; Leadership
Drive sales for all residential projects ensuring achievement of monthly quarterly and annual targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for different residential segments (luxury premium affordable).
Lead mentor and motivate a large team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing to stay ahead in the market.
Marketing and amp; Branding
Conceptualize and execute impactful and nbsp;marketing campaigns and nbsp;for project launches and ongoing sales.
Build and maintain a strong brand identity through offline and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with creative agencies digital partners and PR teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Organize and manage customer engagement events roadshows and property expos.
Business Development and amp; Customer Focus
Forge and maintain strong relationships with and nbsp;HNI clients brokers channel partners and institutional investors.
Drive a and nbsp;customer-centric approach and nbsp;by enhancing the overall sales experience.
Identify new markets strategic partnerships and innovative channels to increase market reach.
Performance and amp; Reporting
Develop robust and nbsp;sales MIS and amp; reporting systems and nbsp;for accurate forecasting and decision-making.
Monitor KPIs for sales performance marketing ROI and team productivity.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Key Requirements:
Mandatory experience in residential real estate with leading/top developer houses and nbsp;
Minimum and nbsp;22 and nbsp;years of progressive experience and nbsp;in sales and amp; marketing within the real estate sector.
Proven track record in successfully launching and selling premium/luxury residential projects.
Strong knowledge of and nbsp;market dynamics pricing strategies and customer preferences in the residential segment.
Expertise in and nbsp;digital marketing strategies broker/channel partner networks and lead conversion.
Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
MBA/PG in Marketing Business Administration or related field preferre
