Job Description
Position Summary
Were seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations & Strategy team shaping Harness go-to-market strategy and global expansion. Blending high-level strategy detailed analytics and on-the-ground operations we act as data-driven partners to GTM leadership in defining top revenue priorities developing new initiatives and owning field execution.
As a Business Systems Analyst you will own the optimization and management of go-to-marketing systems ensuring they align with business goals and drive operational efficiency. Well lean on your expertise to analyze recommend enhance and maintain our GTM tech stack collaborating across teams to improve system performance automate workflows and support business growth. We need someone excited to solve complex problems enable system optimization and partner with leaders across GTM (Sales Partner SDR Enablement etc.).
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM teams to analyze business processes and system needs.
- Manage and optimize key business applications such Salesforce Tableau Outreach Clari and more.
- Gather requirements design solutions and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain system integrations between platforms
- Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance data integrity.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to provide insights into system usage and business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy governance and compliance across business systems.
- Train end users and create documentation to support adoption and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in business systems analysis RevOps Sales Operations or other similar roles within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and related GTM applications (Outreach Clari Impartner Chorus and enrichment tooling)
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data workflows (e.g. APIs middleware ETL processes).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with process automation tools (e.g. Zapier Workato) is a plus.
- Experience with SQL reporting tools or data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
Work Location
- This role will be out of our San Francisco CA; Boston MA; or New York City NY office

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $109000 - $158000annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location level relevant experience and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
