Experience in managing - 1. Current ERP ticketing queue in Jira and freshservice 2. Managing sap security and user access 3. Has overall idea of the flow - manages PIR pricing products - all master data in SAP 4. Resolving all the tickets and incidents. 5. Documentation 6. Control writing 7. UAT sessions 8. Training sessions A well rounded resource who can wear the trouble shooting hat and own this space and deliver. This cannot be someone who needs hand holding - we can train them ofcourse in terms of the process and flow. We don t need a strong functional - but mainly strong in organization skills trouble shooting and staying on top of issues and following up until completion. Should also be able to handle Syteline and WMS tickets.
