Job Description

Were looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst with deep Salesforce experience a passion for data and a builders mindset. This person will play a critical role in optimizing and supporting our go-to-market teams work by ensuring data quality tactically support stakeholders in their processes building insightful reporting and more. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and collaborating cross-functionally to make tools and data work smarter for people this role is for you.

This position reports into the Sr. Director Revenue Technology & Process and will be based in our Costa Rica office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Data Quality Leadership: Define and execute data hygiene strategies to improve CRM data accuracy completeness and reliability across key revenue workflows.
  • Revenue tech and operations support: Support sales teams with tacticals like account assignments data clean-ups and operational support
  • Revenue Process Optimization: Lead and implement scalable process improvements in Salesforce Gong Outreach etc to enhance seller productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Marketing RevOps Enablement and Data Engineering teams to align business data needs with systems prioritize enhancements and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Technical Documentation & Training: Document business processes data flows and tool usage. Conduct training sessions and office hours to support user adoption and self-service learning

What were looking for:

  • 5 years of experience in business systems RevOps or analytics roles with a strong focus on data quality and Salesforce (Sales Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ etc.)
  • Proven track record of driving CRM data quality improvements process improvements and supporting sales teams that result in measurable impact for sellers
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Salesforce Reports & Dashboards Excel/Google Sheets (ideally) BI tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker and familiarity with SQL.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and intelligence tools like Gong Outreach and ZoomInfo
  • High attention to detail systems thinking understanding of end to end sales process and a love for clean data
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
  • Self-starter attitude with a desire to dig in experiment and solve problems collaboratively
  • Bonus Points For: Salesforce Admin Certification(s)
