Job Description
Jack Laurie Group is hiring a dependable and experienced Senior Cleaning Technician to support cleaning operations across multiple locations in Ashley Avilla Auburn Garrett Warsaw and Columbia City IN. While this role is not a formal supervisor position it includes high-level responsibilities that directly support field operations team performance and client satisfaction.
This position oversees multiple job sites and three shifts requiring strong communication and adaptability. Facility hours vary by location and this role includes responsibilities before during and after standard operating hours based on nightly needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Cover open shifts to maintain service consistency across sites
Train and support cleaning technicians in processes quality standards and safety
Deliver cleaning supplies and materials to multiple facilities as needed
Audit facilities ensuring high-quality service and adherence to expectations
Coordinate with managers and team members across all three shifts
Adapt to changing schedules and needs across multiple sites and environments
Requirements:
Experience in commercial cleaning; medical industrial or education facilities a plus
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cleaning teams and supervisors
Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred experience: team lead supervisor or trainer in a janitorial/facility services setting
Flexibility to adjust to varying shift times and location-specific schedules
