Job Title: Electronic Security Sales Representative
Location: Lake Zurich IL (On-site)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Electronic Security Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities managing existing customer relationships and promoting a full suite of electronic security solutions including intrusion detection video surveillance access control fire alarm systems and monitoring services.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B sales preferably in the low-voltage security industry with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective value-based solutions.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of proven success in B2B sales; electronic security or low-voltage systems preferred

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to learn system design principles (training provided)

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated goal-driven and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience is a plus)

  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation


Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of security brands such as Honeywell DMP Exacq Avigilon Verkada or similar

  • Experience working with commercial multi-site or institutional customers

  • Familiarity with RMR-based sales (Recurring Monthly Revenue) and service agreement selling
