We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our dynamic team in South Bend United States. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate databases
- Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to source and engage potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Create and promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
- Manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities and trends
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws employment regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve onboarding processes and enhance the candidate experience
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Strong knowledge of social media recruiting techniques and best practices
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines effectively
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Understanding of current industry hiring trends and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
