Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our dynamic team in South Bend United States. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate databases
  • Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to source and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Create and promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws employment regulations and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve onboarding processes and enhance the candidate experience

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
  • Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Strong knowledge of social media recruiting techniques and best practices
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
  • Ability to build and manage talent pipelines effectively
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Understanding of current industry hiring trends and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
