Employment Type: Permanent Part-time (45.6 hours / fortnight)

Were currently seeking a dynamic People & Culture Officer specializing in Employee Development to join our team and help shape the experience of our most valuable asset our people.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for HR-related matters youll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee growth engagement and retention. Youll lead initiatives that support learning development and performance and ensure our people practices remain compliant responsive and strategically aligned to our goals.

This is a key role that spans across operational HR support performance management training coordination and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Lead organisational training and development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a professional development plan and training calendar
  • Collaborate with leaders to align training with strategic goals

Performance Management

  • Lead and coordinate the annual performance review cycle
  • Train staff in setting and evaluating OKRs
  • Identify and address performance gaps and development needs

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain and audit HR data for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with mandatory reporting and monitor legislative compliance
  • Prepare HR metrics and insights for leadership

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years experience in HR with a focus on employee development
  • Knowledge of HR legislation and practices (Fair Work Act NES etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms (Employment Hero and Go1 experience advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized proactive and able to manage competing priorities
