You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOn behalf of one of its clients in the IT Hardware industry the French Chamber of Commerce is recruiting a Business Development Manager.
In this role they will take the initiative to research potential clients initiate outbound contact through both personalized emails and impactful phone calls and generate interest in the company s solutions. They will work closely with internal teams to assess client needs craft customized proposals and ensure that solutions are well-aligned with the technical and operational requirements of each prospect. The ability to translate client challenges into actionable sales opportunities will be key. In-person visits with clients may also be necessary conducted alongside the sales manager to help reinforce trust and deepen engagement.
The representative will be expected to manage all stages of the sales process from lead generation and qualification to quoting and closing deals while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company s CRM system. Regular reporting on sales activity and performance metrics will be required to support transparency and continuous improvement.
A critical aspect of the position involves supporting the development and expansion of the ITAD business line. This includes identifying and onboarding new strategic partners assisting in the structuring of new service offerings and contributing to regional growth initiatives. The candidate will be expected to play a key role in helping the business line scale and gain market share potentially evolving into a leadership role with oversight responsibilities in new markets.
Degree or diploma in Business IT Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience in telesales telemarketing or inside sales is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Comfortable engaging customers both remotely and in the field.
Consultative sales approach with a strong focus on understanding client needs and long-term relationship building.
Results-oriented and familiar with KPIs and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Highly self-organized autonomous and disciplined.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and related technical sales.
Familiarity with key hardware and services in networking cybersecurity servers storage and data centers.
Knowledge of the ITAD ecosystem is a strong asset.
