This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) and based out of our New Hyde Park NY office.
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for payroll processing operations maintaining employee data accuracy and ensuring compliance with tax regulations in a fast-paced environment supporting over 4500 colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new hires terminations and employee data changes in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with the HRSSO Team to maintain and update employee data
- Issue tax forms and related documents to employees and relevant authorities
- Initiate and process direct deposit changes
- Create and maintain Excel reports for payroll analysis and reconciliation
- Maintain and upload General Ledger files
- Develop and update Payroll training documents
- Support bi-weekly payroll processing for a large workforce
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ADP systems (ADP Enterprise or WFN Platforms)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience handling high-volume payroll operations
- Excellent time management skills to meet bi-weekly payroll deadlines
- Experience with payroll tax regulations and compliance
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Experience working with large employee databases (4500 employees)
Additional Information :
The pay range for this position is $70000-$85000 annually depending on experience.
