Job Description:

The Administration Lead plays an important role in promoting a well-supported administrative community across the dentsu network. You will increase consistency efficiency and professional growth within the administration function ensuring understanding of our organizational goals and values.

You will report to: Americas Executive HR Lead

You Will:

  • Establish and nurture a community of practice for administrative professionals promoting collaboration shared learning and access to resources.
  • Partner with Administration Team Leads to cultivate a motivated inspired and well-supported team culture.
  • Evaluate our needs and align administrative staff and support accordingly.
  • Lead monthly administrative meetings/trainings to deliver updates and development opportunities.
  • Champion our Administration Center of Excellence enhancing service delivery and expanding impact across the organization.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for career growth within the administration organization.

You Have:

  • 8 years of team leadership experience overseeing strategic programs and performance management
  • Experience driving business efficiency and cohesion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; trusted partner to executives and teams
  • Experience aligning administrative strategy with evolving priorities
  • Experienced in designing scalable programs that enhance efficiency and team effectiveness
  • Experience anticipating challenges analyzing complex issues and implementing data-informed decisions
  • Experience navigating evolving environments remaining attentive and maintaining composure through change
  • Committed to promoting inclusive collaborative and values-driven team cultures
  • Experienced in leading hybrid teams with an emphasis on growth teamwork and knowledge sharing

The annual base salary range for this position is $. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
