Job Description
- Review and analyze client financial information to determine suitable mortgage options.
- Interpret and apply client meeting notes to accurately understand client objectives and needs.
- Structure mortgage loans that align with client goals and lending criteria.
- Coordinate and pass loan applications and documentation to loan processors for further handling.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and loan details.
- Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track client progress and manage communications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant lending policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear and timely updates to clients and internal teams regarding loan status.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to optimize client mortgage solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a mortgage broker or in a related financial services role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and client objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan applications efficiently.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance standards.
