The senior manager will oversee all aspects of delivery of loan administration settlements agency and CLO services within loan administration team to a diverse client base across a wide range of loan related products and services. Working closely with the Head of Delivery as well as collaborating with other client managers and key stakeholders across the organisation. The individual will contribute to ongoing development refinement implementation of and adherence to best practice processes procedures and controls in line with the overall mission culture and values of IQ-EQ.
This senior client facing role involves responsibility for managing key client relationships servicing as primary escalation point for clients and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will serve a central role in shaping the client experience and will be a key stake holder in strategic interactions and relationship management
The Senior Manager will lead and develop a high performing team acting as both a strong people leader and subject matter expert providing technical guidance and hands-on support to team members when required and fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and professional growth.
