Were hiring a Head of Market Development North America to lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy in one of our most critical growth regions. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role where youll orchestrate strategy planning and execution across Sales Marketing Customer Success Product and RevOps to unlock scale in the US and Canada.
Youll play a central role in shaping how we expand across mid-market and enterprise segmentsidentifying priority cities top accounts and new commercial opportunitieswhile ensuring alignment across teams. The impact Directly enabling Mews to become a $250M business in North America over the next 3 years.

8 years in GTM strategy business operations or general managementpreferably in SaaS fintech or consulting
Experience owning regional or country-level planning with multi-functional teams
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence at senior levels
Deep strategic thinking with an analytical mindsetyou can spot patterns set priorities and make high-impact trade-offs
Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagementyoure confident leading from the front and navigating ambiguity
Experience working in or with commercial teams (Sales CS RevOps); bonus if youve helped scale a US GTM function
This role is based in either the East Coast or Central time zone and will require 25% travel but will work remotely.
