Job Description
- Propose new products for that shop and direct to distributors outlets.
- Always maintain a good product knowledge and monitor competitors activities and briefed of their activities know competitors products to line manager.
- Accurate in SRM data and ensure good reporting.
- Approach and assist DIY customers with projects. Recommend and sell Sika products. Cross merchandise related products throughout the store.
- Prepare marketing tools i.e. brochures banner sales aides and other Point of Purchase (POP) materials.
- Ensure the stock level in store. And aggressively and continually identify opportunities to secure impactful product displays.
- Plan and participate in store specific events. Invite key customers sell additional products for displays and demos; follow up on sales leads. Participate in all Major Market Training and road show events as scheduled.
- Propose to Line Manager for new products idea or required products in the marketplace and informed of market changes.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products and services to customers in retail environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Assist in organizing promotional events in-store demos and seasonal campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales customer service or marketing
- Experience with merchandising promotion
