We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman Foreman to join our team in our Denver CO office. In this role you will provide leadership and direction for daily operations across all construction and field service functions.

The Role

  • Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
  • Install and/or repair aerial cable TV (CATV) coaxial and fiber cable
  • Place relocate and remove poles lines open wires drops and block wires to maintain efficient operation of the customers facilities
  • Sets up safety perimeter using signage cones and safety barriers
  • Lead Groundman in daily work to safely complete jobs and monitor and document production
  • Direct traffic in accordance with local Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines as necessary
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience working with telecommunications aerial plant placing maintaining and completing maintenance in accordance with NESC safety guidelines
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving - CDL a plus!
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements and ability to enforce through training and practice
  • Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines
  • Ability to safely climb poles with climbing equipment with the ability to train
  • Ability to travel daily open to a variety of schedules participate in on-call evenings and weekends as needed throughout all seasons. Traveling out of area and out of state for periods of time will be required
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities safely and effectively
  • Ability to lift and carry 70lbs consistently
  • Ability to complete tasks with small components and wires
  • Ability to complete work outdoors in tight spaces and elevated by bending reaching twisting climbing and working while standing up to 70% of the time
  • Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains managing equipment safety equipment
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
