What Youll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction and restoration activities
- Manage trades and subcontractors directing workflow scheduling and quality control
- Communicate clearly with homeowners adjusters and coworkers even under pressure
- Monitor project progress identify and resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain site safety and documentation using modern tools and technology
- Be the reliable go-to person keeping things on track and moving forward
- An experienced construction supervisor who can lead from the front
- Someone whos organized detail-oriented and able to juggle competing demands
- A confident communicator whos great with people even in tough situations
- Experience on construction sites comfortable directing crews and troubleshooting
- Tech-savvy enough to handle reporting documentation and digital tools
- A fast learner whos open to being trained in the restoration process
