Employment Type: Labour hire Approx. 6 months with possible extension
Location: Canberra ACT
Hourly Pay Rate: $49.82 - $52.65 12% superannuation
Security Clearance/Requirements: Must hold a Baseline clearance at time of application
Working Arrangements: Part time - Up to 20 hours per week
Manage and coordinate the daily calendar of senior executives including meetings appointments and travel
Act as the primary liaison for scheduling requests for the CEO and DCEO
Assess and prioritise meeting and diary requests in alignment with strategic goals
Coordinate travel using APS travel systems adhering to relevant policies
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Collaborate with Executive Officers to support a range of administrative and operational tasks
Proven experience in diary or executive support ideally within a government or high-level corporate environment
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-paced setting
High level of discretion and sound judgement with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using government systems (desirable)
Ability to quickly understand organisational goals and operate with initiative
Must be an Australian citizen
Must hold a Baseline security clearance at time of application.
