They are currently on the looking out for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in smart digital signage IPTV security systems Green Energy IoT FTTH video walls cloud-based signage and related integration services while nurturing relationships with corporate government real estate and institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Research and map high-potential industries (Oil & Gas Finance Construction Government Banking Institutional).
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to position TARD s independent vendor neutral solutions.
- Develop go-to-market plans with clear targets (leads meetings proposals).
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
- Actively seek new clients via referrals industry events and STEM/business expos.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools tracking opportunities and follow-ups.
Proposal & Tender Management:
- Lead bid preparation tender responses and proposal writing aligned with TARD s Create Better Solution approach.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customised solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients especially estate developers architects corporate/government institutions.
- Prioritise client satisfaction post-go-live driving repeat business referrals and testimonials.
Partnerships & Channel Development:
- Identify and develop partnerships (system integrators vendors consultants).
- Manage relationships with key vendors in digital signage IoT Fibre Green Energy CCTV and IPTV.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Track and report pipeline conversion rates risks and achievements to Management.
- Support pricing strategy and contract negotiations ensuring profitability and value.
Brand Growth & Thought Leadership:
- Represent TARD at trade shows seminars and conferences.
- Lead presentations and product demos for prospective clients and partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in B2B technology sales or systems integration (ideally infrastructure digital signage IoT security).
- Proven track record in winning multi-million-naira contracts with government or corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation presentation proposal and CRM skills.
- Technical understanding of FTTH security camera integrations cloud signage Green Energy Solutions and IoT systems.
- Strong network within Lagos interstate and professional associations.
- Degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
