Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) Content Creator to drive platform growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Xiao Hong Shu ecosystem visual storytelling and social trends. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting relatable content building brand visibility and collaborating with KOCs to engage digital communities.
Manage and create engaging content on Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) to increase brand awareness.
Develop employer branding content to showcase workplace culture and attract talent.
Curate and manage KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) collaborations from outreach to execution.
Work with the Community Manager to source and repurpose user-generated content (UGC).
Monitor trends and viral formats to ideate high-performing platform-relevant content.
Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and engagement.
Stay informed on XHS algorithm updates and best practices for discoverability.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation social media marketing or KOC/influencer engagement.
Strong familiarity with Xiao Hong Shu platform its content strategies and trends.
Excellent planning copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Willingness to travel for shoots meetings and on-site content production.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and trend-conscious.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or KOC/influencer engagement. Strong familiarity with Xiao Hong Shu platform, its content strategies, and trends.
