What You Will Do:
Support client servicing and/or chat process.
Maintain and prepare basic reports using MS Office.
Work closely with clients ensuring accuracy in communication and reporting.
Coordinate with teams and assist in daily AdTech operations.
Be flexible to work during late evening hours.
Requirements
0 1 year of experience in the AdTech industry.
Prior experience in client servicing or chat support is a plus.
Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word etc.).
Good attention to detail and strong memory related to client data and numbers.
Proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude and technical inclination.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
