From ISPROX we select for our client a leading provider of intermodal logistics solutions renowned for its innovation and commitment to sustainability in transportation.
We are looking for an International Business Developer to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in commercial activities by promoting company products and services.
- Implement a prospecting plan with defined goals.
- Manage an active portfolio of clients and key accounts from Germany and Poland
- Collaborate on strategic projects with management and departments.
- Attend events and exhibitions to enhance company visibility.
- Develop long-lasting business relationships.

Tasks:
This position has the following requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with a robust background in international sales and a passion for logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in English and a second language (German or another useful language); French is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to manage projects and drive continuous improvements.
- Critical thinking and customer orientation.

With a competitive salary ranging between 45000 and 60000 annually plus a variable component of 15% to 20% this opportunity is designed to reward your expertise and dedication.
