We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies creating engaging content managing posts and responding to followers. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement social media plans that align with business goals and enhance brand presence.
- Content Creation: Design and curate high-quality visually appealing and engaging content (text images videos) tailored for each platform (Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
- Manage and Grow Social Media Accounts: Regularly post updates monitor platform interactions and increase follower count and engagement levels.
- Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments messages and inquiries to foster relationships and increase community engagement.
- Monitor Trends and Analytics: Stay updated on social media trends and use analytics tools to track performance measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize content strategies.
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop and run social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing design and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling branding and messaging across all channels.
- Track Competitor Activity: Analyze competitors social media presence and performance to stay competitive and innovative.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in Social Media Platforms: Strong familiarity with Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest YouTube and TikTok.
- Creative and Visual Skills: Proficiency in using design tools like Canva Adobe Suite or similar graphic creation tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a creative flair for compelling content.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social media analytics and derive insights to optimize strategies.
- Knowledge of Social Media Tools: Experience with tools like Hootsuite Buffer or other scheduling platforms is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and also take initiative when needed.
