Youll make an impact by:
Developing strategic programs: Deeply understand the problem and pain points identify data-driven solutions that are executable and clearly articulate the strategy and goals of each program to ensure the capabilities are built accordingly.
Leading the execution plan: Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the program plan is properly executed starting from creation of Business Requirement Documents to follow-through on Go-To-Market initiatives and adoption metrics.
Operating with excellence: Execute with the highest standards and represent the marketplace across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Analytics or related areas.
3 years of experience in E-Commerce or related areas.
3 years of experience in leading and completing cross-functional projects influencing internal and stakeholders
Strong data analytics skills (Excel SQL Power BI)
