Step into the role
Are you motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a company that plays a key role in strengthening defense capabilities As Talent Acquisition Specialist at MilDef you will take on a central role in managing and coordinating recruitment processes primarily in Sweden with focus on our offices in Helsingborg and Stockholm and with international support when needed. Your focus will be on recruiting engineers across various disciplines especially within hardware development as well as key roles in support functions such as purchasing production quality and IT.
A strong emphasis will be placed on proactive sourcing and search especially for positions where competition for skills is high and a structured targeted approach is essential.
You report to the Chief People Officer at MilDef.
The position is based in Helsingborg.
