Job Description

The role of an admin (administrator) for a real estate company heres a

Administrator Role in a Real Estate Company
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
o Organizing schedules meetings and property viewings.
o Coordinating with agents brokers and clients.
o Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Client and Agent Support:
o Handling calls emails and inquiries.
o Supporting real estate agents with listing paperwork and MLS
(Multiple Listing Service) uploads.
o Scheduling inspections appraisals and open houses.
3. Data & Document Management:
o Managing contracts lease agreements deeds etc.
o Ensuring compliance with local real estate laws.
o Maintaining digital and paper filing systems.
4. Marketing Support:
o Posting listings on websites and social media.
o Preparing brochures flyers and newsletters.
o Coordinating with photographers and staging companies.
5. Financial Admin (if applicable):
o Invoicing and billing.
o Tracking expenses and processing commissions.
o Working with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
Key Skills:
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail
Familiarity with real estate terms and documents
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office CRM systems real estate listing
platforms)
