Margaritaville Lake Tahoe is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin/Cashier. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Make sure correct change is given and all transactions are accounted for accurately.
- Completes daily reconciliation of receipts cash and charges; accurately accounts for all funds within cashier drawer.
- Ensure that charges are posted to guest rooms track tickets and keys.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in cashiering or administrative roles is preferred
- Proficiency in order entry and basic office tasks
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to proofread documents accurately
