$35.00-42.00/hour
1st Shift: 8am - 5pm
1-Year Contract
Background:
Support needed to answer customer queries within Salesforce until the migration into PHconnect is complete.
Scope of Work:
During the course of this engagement Contractor shall perform the following services or any others mutually agreed:
Anticipate requiring one (1) Admin up to 40 hours weekly for a period of up to twelve (12) months.
This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen lawful permanent resident green card holders or have refugee or asylee status).

- Administrate Salesforce inbox for joint Tech Pubs organization
- Screen customer: reviewing account/validate organization domain emails
- Update Salesforce case details
- Assign case to correct queue/individual
- Complete revision checks for customers if manual is not in PHconnect
- Coordinate with PHconnect team to ensure requested documents are uploaded and available for customers
- Assist customers/approved third party MROs with PH Connect sign-ups and migrations
- Screen customer: reviewing account/validate organization domain emails
- Update Salesforce case details
- Assign case to correct queue/individual
