Job Title: PRT Computer
Location: India (On-site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective computer science curriculum for primary students.
- Teach computer-related concepts using appropriate pedagogical techniques.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Engage students in interactive classroom discussions and activities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly and provide feedback.
- Facilitate a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Conduct individual and group lessons tailored to varying skill levels.
- Incorporate current trends in computer science and technology into lessons.
- Prepare educational resources and materials for lessons.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate technology across subjects.
- Organize and participate in school events and technology fairs.
- Provide additional support and mentorship to students as needed.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in computer science education.
- Provide parents with regular updates on student performance and curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Education or related field.
- Teaching certification for primary education.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in computer science or related subjects.
- Strong understanding of foundational computer concepts.
- Proficiency in educational software and technology tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of student-centered teaching practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with differentiated instruction techniques.
- Passion for fostering students interest in technology.
