Job requirements
- Proactive Hiring in the below area.
- LLM application development and fine-tuning
- Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel)
- RAG patterns and enterprise knowledge integration
- Prompt design tool integration and orchestration
- Design and develop intelligent autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain AutoGPT CrewAI with LLMs (GPT-4 Claude LLaMA Mistral) to create scalable enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
- Build and optimize ML/DL models to power decision-making for agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-first digital experiences.
- Stay on the edge of innovation in Generative AI RAG Vector Databases (FAISS/Pinecone) Prompt Engineering and more.
- 5 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI.
- Hands-on with Python LLM APIs and ML/DL libraries (PyTorch TensorFlow Scikit-learn).
- Real-world experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based AI deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- A growth mindset with curiosity for emerging AI technologies.
