Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our client s production or manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. Attention to detail technical knowledge and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up machinery and ensure all materials are available for production.
Operate and monitor assigned machines according to standard procedures.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Adjust machine settings to improve performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Accurately document production data and report any malfunctions or issues.
Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams when required.
Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering or equivalent.
Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing/industrial setup is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents blueprints or production instructions.
Skills Required:
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work in shifts or overtime as required.
