Pay: $26$31/hour DOE
Location: Sand Springs OK
Shift: MondayFriday 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Drill Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Sand Springs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC drilling machines to produce high-precision components according to detailed specifications. This is a night shift temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and a stable work environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience operating CNC drilling machines in a production or manufacturing setting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and technical documentation
Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and dedication to quality standards
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a CNC Drill Operator your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and operating CNC drilling machines for drilling tapping and machining operations
Interpreting blueprints and work orders to determine job requirements
Loading raw materials and monitoring machine performance for accuracy and consistency
Inspecting finished products using precision measurement tools such as micrometers calipers and gauges
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
Adjusting machine settings to maintain tight tolerances and operational efficiency
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and quality standards
Recording production data and reporting any defects or inconsistencies
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed
Must be able to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
Regular bending twisting and working with heavy machinery required
